ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A county tax assessor-collector in a county described by Section 520.052, Transportation Code, is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is an applicant for a motor vehicle title service license issued under Subchapter E, Chapter 520, Transportation Code.
