EMPLOYEES IN STATE GUARD; EMERGENCY LEAVE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A state employee called to state active duty as a member of the Texas State Guard by the governor or other appropriate authority in response to a natural or man-made disaster is entitled to receive paid emergency leave without loss of military leave under Section 437.202 or annual leave.
