DISPOSITION OF FEES COLLECTED.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
If provided in an agency's enabling legislation, the agency shall collect a professional fee of $200 from its license holders annually, which shall be remitted to the state. If provided in an agency's enabling legislation, the agency shall collect a scholarship fee of $10 annually from its license holders.
