SPACE EXPLORATION AND AERONAUTICS RESEARCH FUND; ESTABLISHMENT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The space exploration and aeronautics research fund is established to provide grants to eligible entities and for other purposes as provided by this chapter.
(b) The fund is a trust fund outside the treasury with the comptroller and administered by the commission.
(c) The fund is composed of:
(1) gifts, grants, and donations provided to the commission; and
(2) money from any source designated by the legislature.
