REVIEW OF APPLICATION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) On receipt of an application for the designation of a qualified media production location, the office shall review the application to determine whether the nominated location qualifies for designation as a qualified media production location under this chapter.
(b) The office shall consider recommendations submitted by the media production advisory committee with respect to applications received by the office.
