Tex. Gov't Code § 487.203 · Subchapter F. MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY-STATE MATCHING INCENTIVE PROGRAM
ELIGIBILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
To be eligible to receive money from the department, a medically underserved community must:
(1) apply for the money; and
(2) provide evidence satisfactory to the office that it has entered into an agreement with a physician for the physician to provide primary care in the community for at least two years.
