HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board and the Texas Transportation Commission may enter into and perform an agreement or contract for the use of inmate labor for a state highway improvement project.
(b) An agreement or contract entered into under this section and payments made under the agreement or contract must conform with Chapter 771.
