EVALUATION OF AGENCY COMMISSIONER.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Based on the performance objectives outlined in the memorandum of understanding entered into under Section 524.0101(a), the executive commissioner shall perform an employment evaluation of each health and human services agency commissioner. The executive commissioner shall submit the evaluation to the governor not later than January 1 of each even-numbered year.
