TERMS; VACANCY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Council members serve six-year terms.
(b) A vacancy on the council shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. A council member appointed to fill a vacancy on the council shall serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
