DELIVERY OF ACUTE CARE SERVICES AND LONG-TERM SERVICES AND SUPPORTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Subject to Sections 540.0701 and 540.0753, the commission shall expand the STAR+PLUS Medicaid managed care program to all areas of this state to serve individuals eligible for Medicaid acute care services and long-term services and supports.
