Tex. Gov't Code § 547.0104 · Subchapter C. SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCES
AGENCY IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
As appropriate, the person responsible for adopting rules for an agency described by Section 547.0103(a) shall implement the recommendations in the report created under Section 547.0103 by:
(1) adopting rules;
(2) implementing policy changes; and
(3) entering into memoranda of understanding with other agencies.
