Tex. Gov't Code § 549.0004 · Subchapter A. GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO PROVISION OF DRUGS UNDER VENDOR DRUG PROGRAM AND CERTAIN OTHER PROGRAMS
CERTAIN MEDICATIONS FOR SEX OFFENDERS PROHIBITED.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) To the maximum extent allowed under federal law, the commission may not provide a sexual performance enhancing medication under the vendor drug program or any other health and human services program to an individual required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.
(b) The executive commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.
