Tex. Gov't Code § 549.0108 · Subchapter C. SUPPLEMENTAL REBATES OR PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
TREATMENT OF PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Other than as required to satisfy the provisions of this subchapter, a program benefit described by Section 549.0106 is considered an alternative to, and not the equivalent of, a supplemental rebate. A program benefit must be treated in this state's submissions to the federal government, including, as appropriate, waiver requests and quarterly Medicaid claims, so as to maximize the availability of federal matching payments.
