Tex. Gov't Code § 609.510 · Subchapter C. DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR EMPLOYEES OF STATE AGENCIES
EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN CONTRACTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A contract authorized by Section 609.505 or by Section 609.509 for either deferred compensation plan is exempt from:
(1) Subtitle D, Title 10;
(2) Chapter 463; and
(3) Chapter 2254.
