FINANCIAL STATEMENT REQUIRED.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Each oversight committee member shall file with the chief compliance officer a verified financial statement complying with Sections 572.022, 572.023, 572.024, 572.025, 572.0251, and 572.0252, Government Code, as required of a state officer by Section 572.021 of that code.
