APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Notwithstanding any other law, a court may not apply the law of another state or jurisdiction to any qui tam action brought under Section 171A.101 unless the Texas Constitution or federal law compels the court to apply that law.
