EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENT.

The following facilities need not be licensed under this chapter:
(1) an office or clinic of a licensed physician, dentist, or podiatrist;
(2) a licensed nursing home; or
(3) a licensed hospital.
