Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 251.011 or 251.031.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
(c) Each day of a continuing violation constitutes a separate offense.
