ANONYMOUS REPORTS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR EXPLOITATION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) An anonymous report of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, although not encouraged, shall be received and acted on in the same manner as an acknowledged report.
(b) An anonymous report about a specific individual that accuses the individual of abuse, neglect, or exploitation need not be investigated.
