DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION OF HOSPITAL REPORTING AND COLLECTION SYSTEM.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The department shall establish a uniform reporting and collection system for hospital financial and utilization data.
(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt necessary rules consistent with this subchapter to govern the reporting and collection of data.
