Tex. Health & Safety Code § 327.005 · Chapter 327. DISCLOSURE OF PRICES
REPORTING REQUIREMENT.

Each time a facility updates a list as required under Sections 327.003(h) and 327.004(e)(4), the facility shall submit the updated list to the commission. The commission may prescribe the form in which the updated list must be submitted to the commission.
