APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL GRANTS.

For expiration of this section, see Subsection (b).

(a) The executive commissioner shall apply to the United States Department of Health and Human Services for grants under the federal Preventing Maternal Deaths Act of 2018 (Pub. L. No. 115-344).

(b) This section expires September 1, 2027.
