LEAD-ACID BATTERY WHOLESALERS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Any person selling new lead-acid batteries at wholesale shall accept from customers, at the point of transfer, used lead-acid batteries for recycling, if offered by customers. A person accepting batteries in transfer from a battery retailer shall remove batteries from the retail point of collection within 90 days after acceptance.
