COMMISSION DISPOSAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A person required by another section of this chapter to obtain a license for the disposal of a radioactive substance is required to obtain the license from the commission and not from the department.
