COMMISSION SELECTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The commission, in the commission's sole discretion, shall select a consortium established in accordance with Section 491.051 for the purpose of conducting ibogaine drug development clinical trials under this subchapter.
