Tex. Health & Safety Code § 62.0531 · Subchapter B. ADMINISTRATION OF CHILD HEALTH PLAN PROGRAM
AUTHORITY OF COMMISSION RELATING TO THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
If the commission contracts with a third party administrator under Section 62.055, the commission may:
(1) implement the contract;
(2) monitor the third party administrator, through reporting requirements and other means, to ensure performance under the contract and quality delivery of services; and
(3) provide payment under the contract to the third party administrator.
