DESIGNATION OF FACILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
In a court order for the temporary or extended management of a person with a communicable disease specifying inpatient care, the court shall commit the person to a health care facility designated by the commissioner or a health authority in accordance with Section 81.159.
