ASSISTANCE FROM SPECIAL PROSECUTION UNIT.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
On request of the attorney representing the state, the special prosecution unit shall provide legal, financial, and technical assistance to the attorney for a proceeding conducted under this chapter.
