USE OF EARNED FEDERAL FUNDS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Subject to the General Appropriations Act, the commission may use earned federal funds derived from recovery of amounts paid or benefits granted by the commission as a result of fraud to pay the costs of the commission's activities relating to preventing fraud.
