Tex. Hum. Res. Code § 31.0036 · Subchapter A. ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES
DEPENDENT CHILD'S INCOME.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The commission may not consider any income earned by a dependent child who is attending school and whose income is derived from the child's part-time employment for purposes of determining:
(1) the amount of financial assistance granted to an individual under this chapter for the support of dependent children; or
(2) whether the family meets household income and resource requirements for eligibility for financial assistance under this chapter.
