FALSE REPORT; PENALTY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally reports information as provided in this chapter that the person knows is false or lacks factual foundation.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
