CONTRACTS FOR ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY.

The department shall include in a contract under this chapter or Subchapter E, Chapter 117, with a supplier of assistive technology equipment provisions that require the supplier to provide training for clients receiving the assistive technology equipment.
