Tex. Ins. Code § 1365.052 · Subchapter B. HEARING AID COVERAGE
EXCEPTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
This subchapter does not apply to:
(1) a plan that provides coverage:
(A) for wages or payments in lieu of wages for a period during which an employee is absent from work because of sickness or injury; or
(B) only for hospital expenses; or
(2) the state Medicaid program, including the Medicaid managed care program operated under Chapter 540 or 540A, Government Code.
