FEDERAL ACTUARIAL LEVELS AND PLAN COST-SHARING.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a health benefit plan issuer may offer plan designs with deductibles, coinsurance, and other cost-sharing mechanisms necessary to comply with federal actuarial values in the individual and small group market in this state.
