Tex. Ins. Code § 2054.505 · Subchapter K. ACCIDENT PREVENTION
SAFETY CONSULTATION PROCEDURES.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Not later than the 30th day after the effective date of a policy, the policyholder shall obtain a safety consultation required under Section 2054.504 from a safety consultant. The safety consultant must be:
(1) the company;
(2) the division; or
(3) a professional source approved for that purpose by the division.
