Tex. Ins. Code § 2151.207 · Subchapter E. RATES FOR INSURANCE; HEARING
ACTION OF COMMISSIONER ON FILING.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) After the conclusion of the hearing under Section 2151.206, the commissioner shall approve, disapprove, or modify the filing in writing.
(b) If the commissioner disapproves a filing, the commissioner shall state in writing the reasons for the disapproval and the criteria to be met by the association to obtain approval.
