REPAYMENT OF DEBT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Notwithstanding Section 228.157(b), a certified capital company may make repayments of principal and interest on the company's indebtedness without any restriction, including repaying the company's indebtedness on which certified investors earned premium tax credits.
