Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A designated statistical agent may collect from a reporting insurer any fees necessary for the agent to recover the necessary and reasonable costs of collecting data from that reporting insurer.
(b) A reporting insurer shall pay the fee to the statistical agent for the data collection services provided by the statistical agent.
