Tex. Ins. Code § 4152.203 · Subchapter E. REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO MANAGERS
ACCOUNTING FOR TRANSACTIONS.

A manager who enters into a contract with an insurer under Section 4152.201 shall provide accounts to the insurer at least quarterly that accurately detail all material transactions, including information necessary to support all commissions, charges, and other fees received by or owing to the manager.
