NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF MANAGER'S CONTRACT.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date an insurer terminates a manager's contract, the insurer shall provide written notice to the commissioner of the termination, including the reasons for termination.
(b) The notice is a privileged communication and is not subject to public disclosure or admission into evidence in any proceeding.
