AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS: RISK CONTROL TRANSACTIONS.

Subject to Sections 425.126-425.132, an insurance company may use derivative instruments, as defined by Section 425.125, to engage in hedging transactions, replication transactions, and income generation transactions, as those terms are defined by Section 425.125.
