Tex. Ins. Code § 441.205 · Subchapter E. PROVISIONS APPLYING TO SUPERVISION AND CONSERVATORSHIP
APPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDERS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The following orders of the commissioner may be appealed under Subchapter D, Chapter 36:
(1) an order appointing a supervisor and providing that the insurer may not engage in certain acts as provided by Section 441.104;
(2) an order appointing a conservator; and
(3) an order following the review under Section 441.204 of an action of a supervisor or conservator.
