SURRENDER OF LICENSE; EFFECT.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A license holder may surrender a license by delivering to the department written notice that the license holder surrenders the license.
(b) The surrender of a license does not affect any civil or criminal liability of the person for an act committed before the surrender.
