Tex. Ins. Code § 884.058 · Subchapter B. FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF STIPULATED PREMIUM INSURANCE COMPANY
EXAMINATION AFTER DETERMINATION.

After making a determination on an application under Section 884.057, the commissioner shall immediately make or cause to be made a full and thorough examination of the company. The company shall pay for the examination.
