AID TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES IN COUNTY WITH POPULATION OF 22,050 TO 23,000.

In each county with a population of 22,050 to 23,000, the commissioners court may provide financial aid and facilities, as the court considers necessary, to a state or federal governmental agency or bureau that conducts activities or maintains projects within the county.
