CREATION OF COMMISSION BY ORDER.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The commissioners court of a county, by an order adopted by a majority of the court's full membership, may create a county ethics commission.
(b) A copy of an order adopted under this section shall be placed in the minutes of the court's proceedings. The copy of the order is public information.
