Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 232.151 · Subchapter F. ABANDONED, UNOCCUPIED, AND UNDEVELOPED PLATTED LOTS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES
APPLICABILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
This subchapter applies to a county that:
(1) contains a municipality with a population of more than 500,000;
(2) is adjacent to an international border; and
(3) contains more than 30,000 acres of lots that have remained substantially undeveloped for more than 25 years after the date the lots were platted.
