Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Not later than the 40th day after the date a petition is filed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, the clerk or secretary of the municipality shall certify to the board the number of registered voters signing the petition.
