APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
This chapter applies only to a county that:
(1) adopts an order under Section 563.052; and
(2) has a population of 10,000 or less, according to the most recent federal census, on the date on which the order is adopted.
