Tex. Nat. Res. Code § 133.053 · Subchapter D. SAFETY AND CERTIFICATION
DENIAL OR REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) At its option, the department may not issue or approve the transfer of a certificate to a person who has violated this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter.
(b) The department may revoke or disapprove the transfer of a safety certificate issued under this subchapter only if, after notice and hearing, the department determines that the holder of the certificate has violated this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter.
